The paper introduced the SCADA system, which is used in coal port in Qinhuangdao, and the work of this paper focuses on the hardware structure of the SCADA system and also the software realization. It researches the application in coal loading and unloading production, and gives out the function and performance characteristics of the system. From the point of port produce in-formatization, the author discusses the functions of the Real-time management system in port production which is tightly combined with industrial control network.
