This paper introduces the application of UT-201 connecting convertor which between computer inspecting/controling and in-tellective meter to build up RS-485 network to effect the method of teledata communication; this method is through exploiting the application of VB, accordingly carry out comminication mode of one point to many points/two-line half-duplex communication。
