The principle of operation and structures of linear CCD T1702C are described in the text. VHDL and CPLD are used to- gether to complete the design of the time sequence driving circuit of Linear CCD T1702C.Some of the codes with VHDL are given. Timing simulation of circuit running on QUARTRUSⅡis presented.
