The article introduces the characters of ANALOG ADμC824 firstly, then gives the designing method of ISP&ICE hardware circuit based on ADμC824 and discusses the test methods of the ISP&ICE circuit t. Aiming at many impossible faults in practices, the article analysises the reasons and gives the methods of resolving the problem. Finally, the article gives some attentions on ISP&ICE circuit design of ADμC8XX . It is very useful for application system developers based on ADμC8XX.
