基于Delphi的换热器在线监测系统通讯软件设计

Software design of communication for online monitoring system of the heat exchanger Based on Delphi

本文论述了在Delphi环境下利用MSComm控件实现了上位机与换热器在线监测仪的串口通信,从而实现了对工业循环水冷却系统中换热器性能的实时监控,并结合系统实际给出了部分通信程序。经实践证明,通信模块能够准确、快速的完成通信任务。

In the paper the serial communication between upper computer and online monitor for the heat exchanger is realized by use of MSComm control component under Delphi environment, thus the heat exchanger performance in the industry circulating water cool- ing system could be real- time monitored and some core communication program in relation to the system are given.By communication block in practical work,communication task can be completed correctly and fast.
