摘要
教师的流失是一个重大而严峻的现实。近几年来,教师的流失在一些经济发达地区和一些重点大学有所减少,但在大部分非省会城市的地方高校,这种流失可以说是有增无减。该文针对这一现象进行了深入思考和分析,以期对我国地方高校教师流失现象的特点和成因及对策诸问题做出尝试性的探索,为我国地方高校教师队伍的稳定提供更广阔、更现实的理论参照。
Teachers'drain an important and severe reality.Teachers'drain has taken a favorable turn in developed economic area and key universities,it increasing in local colleges and universities in non-provincial cities.In order to provide vaster and more realistic theory to maintain the stability of teachers'team in local colleges and u- niversities.We have thought and analyzed this phenomenon deeply so that we can try to explore the characters, causes and countermeasures of teachers'brain drain in local colleges and universities.
