摘要
利用直链有机胺与金属卤化物在适当的溶剂中进行反应,成功的制备出金属卤化物衍生型钙钛矿化合物.通过傅立叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱和紫外—可见吸收(UV—vis)光谱表征了一系列卤化物钙钛矿模板的结构及光学性质.结果表明:从长链胺、胺盐到金属卤化物钙钛矿模板,结构均发生改变,证明了钙钛矿模板的形成;随着无机阴离子半径的增大.紫外可见吸收光谱吸收峰发生红移.
Metal halide based perovskite materials are successfully prepared with the reaction of organic amine and metal halides in proper solvents.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and UV-visible ab- sorption spectroscopy are used to characterize the structural and optical properties of a series of metal hal- ide based perovskite templates.The results show great structural changes in long-chain amines and ammo- nium salt of the metal halide perovskite template,and with the increasing of inorganic anions radius,the UV-vis absorption peaks show red shift.
