古汉养生精对小鼠红细胞形态及自由基的影响 被引量:2

摘要 观察古汉养生精对运动至力竭小鼠红细胞形态和自由基代谢的影响,探讨其对运动致红细胞畸变及脂质过氧化的保护作用.4周龄昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、运动组、古汉养生精组.运动组和古汉养生精组进行4周的游泳训练,最后一次力竭游泳后采用心脏取血,肝素抗凝,运用扫描电镜观察红细胞形态及生化分析方法测定抗氧化功能指标.实验4周后,运动组小鼠红细胞畸形率显著高于对照组及古汉养生精组(P<0.01).RBC-SOD活性也明显降低(P<0.01).RBC-MDA 含量却明显增加(P<0.01).古汉养生精组小鼠红细胞形态、RBC-SOD活性和 RBC-MDA 含量与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05).结果表明小鼠服用古汉养生精能降低机体红细胞畸形率.减轻自由基介导的脂质过氧化反应. The effect of Ancient Han Health Essence on red cell morphology and free radical metabo- lism has been studied in the exercise mice.The mice were divided randomly into 3 groups,control group, exercise group and Ancient Han Health-Essence group.The exercise group and Ancient Han Health Es- sence group had trained 4 weeks,and last time they were swum exhaustive.The red cell morphology is ob- served under SEM,and free radical metabolism was tested.It was shown that the percentage of red cell distortion in the exercise group was significantly higher(P<0.01),RBC-SOD was decreased(P< 0.01),and RBC-MDA content was increased(P<0.01)than that of control group and Ancient Han Health-Essence group.There was no statistical significance in percentage of red cell distortion,RBC-SOD and RBC-MDA between Ancient Han Health Essence group and control group(P>0.05).These indica- ted that Ancient Han Health Essence significantly decreased the percentage of distortion and lipid peroxi- dation in body.
