摘要
文章基于认知科学的现代发展,针对刚刚兴起的开放教育模式,从多个方面分析和论述了这种新型教育模式对教师能力和素质的要求,使教师充分理解自身在新型教育模式中所处的角色和地位,以便尽早尽快地有目的地调整和发展自己,适应开放教育带来的挑战。
Based on modern development of cognitive science and in the light of a booming mode of open education,the article;from various aspects,analyzed and expounded requirements of such a new mode of education on the ability and cultural quality of teachers,making teachers gain a full understanding of their role and position in this new mode of education so as to adjust and develop themselves purposefully as quickly as possible and adapt themselves to challenges resulting from open education.
