日本学校体育伤害事故的现状及事故补偿制度的考察

Investigating the Current Situation of PE Injury Accidents and the Compensation Regulations in Japanese Colleges

在学校体育教学中,不可避免地会发生一些体育伤害事故,随着体育法律制度的健全和完善而引发的纠纷及索赔也与日俱增。文中就日本学校体育伤害事故的现状及事故补偿制度进行了考察,以期为我国建立起一套完备的学校体育事故的补偿制度提供参考。

In college physicial education teaching, some PE injury accidents happen.These things can't be avoided completely. Nowadays, soundness and perfectness of PE law system leads to more and more issues and demanding compensation. This article analyses and investigate the current situation of the PE injury accidents and the compensation regulations in Japenese colleges,It is hoped that this article can provide some references for building up a set of perfect compensation regulations in college PE injury accident aspect for our country.
