英国高校的可雇佣性开发:地位、方式及衡量指标 被引量:2

摘要 在可雇佣性及其开发实践上,英国高校走在国际前列。英国高等教育主管部门将可雇佣性及其开发确定为其战略导向的核心,并集中体现在四大活动、三个焦点和三个步骤。可雇佣性绩效指标是英国高校应用最为广泛的评估可雇性开发绩效的指标,中国高校也应设计适合中国状况的可雇佣绩效指标体系。
