摘要
通过调查数据分析,勾勒出当前农村村主要干部(村支书、村主任)的产生方式和成份上存在着的诸多问题和不足,影响了乡村的治理和稳定。在调查的基础上提出关于加强当前农村干部队伍建设的一些设想。
Many problems and defects are found out in the composition of the cadres and the manner for the cadres to be chosen in the rural areas through an analysis of the investigated data.These problems and defects have a negative influence on the ruling and stability of the rural areas.Some suggestions or assumptions are made on how to strengthen the cadre building in the rural areas,on the basis of investigation.
