构建社会主义和谐社会是价值目标与现实的社会历史过程的统一,它不是静态的完美,而是动态的协调。必须正确处理和解决社会主义市场经济条件下的各种矛盾,协调各方面的利益关系,坚持以人为本,建立健全和谐的政治秩序、公平公正的社会秩序。

Construction of socialist harmonious society is the harmonization of value target and real social history.It is not quiet perfection,but motional harmonization.Various contradictions should be well solved in the socialist market economy and interests of all sides should be coordinated.Establishment of harmonious political order and e- qual and fair social order on human basis will help the construction.
