摘要
喂丝工艺(WF)是钢包精炼的重要手段之一,由于其在夹杂物变性、脱氧等方面的作用,受到冶金界的广泛关注。文章对包钢炼钢厂一连铸车间在精炼喂丝工艺的实践进行分析和总结。以钙处理的理论为基础,对影响喂丝效果的各项工艺参数的选择进行了深入分析。
Because of its effects on inclusion denaturalization and deoxidation, wire feeding, one of the methods in ladle refining , is widely focused on in the circle of metallurgical industry. Based on the production in a continuous casting workshop of Steel making Plant of Baogang,by using calcium treatmint theory, the influences of wire feeding parameters on wire feeding effect are studied and expounded in the paper.
