Trial Production of the 20MnSiNb (Ⅲ Grade) Hot-rolled Ribbed Bar

选用Nb元素进行微合金化,采用转炉冶炼、LF精炼、小方坯连铸生产工艺生产20MnSiNb铸坯,经棒材厂轧制Φ14~Φ32mm带肋钢筋,其产品质量完全符合要求。

This paper introduces the trial production results of the 20MnSiNb (Ⅲ grade) hot-rolled ribbed bar.The liquid steel is microalloyed with Nb in the converter and refined in the LF ladle with Ar2 bottom-blown,then is rolled to Φ14～Φ32 mm ribbed bar.The product quality is up to the standard.
