The paper mainly expounds the establishment of the linear regression equation with one unknown quantity, and discusses the influence factors for the regression of calibration curve, the ways of analysis interrelated with regression equation. Strictly to control the factors influencing the regression of calibration curve affects the quality of calibration curve and the accuracy of determination results.
