摘要
通过对新引进MTS810.23系统的熟练使用,对包钢产U75V钢轨的疲劳性能,包括疲劳裂纹扩展速率、轴向疲劳性能及断裂韧性等性能进行了系统的检验分析,试验结果表明:包钢U75V钢轨疲劳、断裂性能满足铁道部标准要求。
The paper introduces the fatigue properties of U75V rails made in Baotou Steel Corp.,including fatigue crack growth rate,axial fatigue property and fracture toughness measured by the MTS810.23 system imported recently.The results show that the fatigue and fracture properties of U75V rails of Baotou Steel Corp. accord with the demands of the standard of the Ministry of Railways.
