摘要
通过对车桥管XCQ-16热处理金相组织进行分析,发现热处理后的XCQ-16的组织异常、晶粒度粗大,造成该问题的原因是热处理过程控温不当所致。根据材料使用要求,给出了XCQ-16的热处理工艺。
The abnormal structure and the great crystal degree of XQC-16 vehicle-bridge tube were discovered after heat treatment by metallography analysis.The reason is that the control temperature is improper during heat treatment.The heat treatment rules of XQC-16 are designed according to the material's service conditions.
