通过比较,可以看到中国文化和西方文化在意识形态、社会化、语篇形式和面子系统等方面的不同之处。对同一部文学作品,中外读者会以不同的方式来领会欣赏。尽管对译者而言很难实现理想的功能对等,但作为翻译标准,仍有其积极意义。
This paper makes a comparison of the dissimilarities of Chinese cultures and western cultures in ideology,socialization,context and face systems.Readers from at home and abroad will appreciate the same literary work s from different angles.Functional equivalence,hardly gettable for a translator,is positively significant as a translation norm.
