摘要
通过韦塔桉组培的全过程,对培养过程中芽丛的生长和生根情况进行探讨,得出继代增殖培养基以改良MS1+6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L最佳,生根培养基以改良MS2+IBA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L为最佳组合。
The total process of explant induction,shoot regeneration and rooting of E.wetarensis in tissue culture was studied in this paper. The optimal culture conditions were established by the comparative experiments of different concentration combinations of many growth regulators as follows: (1) shooting subculture medium: MS_1+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L;(2) root culture medium MS_2+IBA 0.5 mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L.
