摘要
利用桉树优树的伐桩萌芽顶芽,采用1/2MS培养基附加6BA0.5+IBA0.25培养直接产生腋芽/外植体;并在光照强度为4500lux,培养温度为30℃的条件下,对瓶苗进行小量实验研究和入圃定植实验,其成活率分别达96.83%和94.89%。本试验重点研究有利提高繁殖和壮苗及瓶苗成活率的组合条件等因素,为今后大面积推广桉树组培苗生产提供良好的技术支持。
The explant had been induced from the bud of eucalpytus stump in induction medium 1/2MS+6BA_ 0.5 +IBA_ 0.25 .Under the illumination intensity of 4500lux and the temperature of 30℃, the survival rate of clump shoots to plantlet was up to 96.83% and 94.89%.
