加强农村基层民主法制建设的探讨

On Strengthening the Construction of Democracy and Legislation in the Country side

农村基层民主法制是社会主义民主法制的重要组成部分,随着我国构建社会主义和谐社会宏伟蓝图的绘就,作为构建和谐社会重要目标和任务之一的农村基层民主法制必将越来越受到人们的关注,为了更好推动新农村建设,推动和谐社会建设的进程,笔者拟从农村基层民主法制存在的问题和如何进一步加强两个方面进行探讨。

The ground level of democracy and legislation in the countryside, one important part of socialist democracy and legislation and one important goal and task in building a harmonious society, will certainly gain people's increasing concern. In order to speed up the construction of a new countryside and a harmonious society, this paper discusses briefly ways to speed up the construction from solving the problems of the ground level democracy and legislation in the countryside.
