On Causes and Strategies for the Deviation Behaviors of Juvenile with Problems

文章对青少年偏差行为日益增多这一现象进行分析,指出家庭教育不当、学校教育无力、社会环境复杂是造成未成年人犯罪的重要因素。提出了当前应采取切实有效的措施,一要改变教育观念,变应试教育为素质教育,真正把德育工作落在实处;二要办好家长学校,提高家长素质,掌握正确的教育方法;三要营造良好的社会文化环境,充分发挥社区教育基地的作用;四要从严从重打击教唆犯,使青少年健康成长。

This paper aims to analyze the phenomenon of increasing deviation behaviors of juvenile. The author points out the key factors resting with the impropriate home education,ineffective school education and complicated social environment and puts forward effective measures should be taken at present.
