加强高校党组织的执政能力建设是党增强执政能力建设的十分重要的组成部分。高校党组织必须进一步提高用“三个代表”重要思想统领教育工作全局的能力,提高对大学生思想行为的引导能力,提高高校基层党组织的战斗力,提高高校领导干部的执政能力和拒腐防变的能力。
