On the quality education of teachers in the adult institutions of higher education

成人教育是传统教育向社会拓展的主要形式,成人高校要培养具有高素质的高级专门人才,必须首先加强教师的素质教育和培养。本文从政治思想素质、道德情操素质、专业技能素质和体质体能素质四个方面。

Adult education is the main form for traditiond education to extend to society.To meet the requirement of developing talented people in the adult institutions of higher eduction,we must reinforce qualities of teachers at first.This paper elaborates on education of teachers in the adult institutions of higher education from four spheres:ideological qualities in politics, moral sentiment,techical wizardry and constitution.
