农村初中生的教育管理似乎炒汇化了家庭教育的作用,更多的依赖于学校教育这个主体,而初中学校有效的教育管理是通过初中班级的科学化的管理来实现的,笔者就此探讨山区初中班级的管理问题,期望引起山区农村初中的班级管理者及全社会的高度重视。
