我国企业知识管理的发展现状分析

The Status Analyse of Domestic Corporations' Knowledge Management

随着计算机、网络技术的普及和应用,以及信息技术水平的逐步提高,知识管理的发展也越来越得到企业的重视。但因为我国独特的国情和悠久历史文化传统的影响,中国企业的知识管理目前相对落后。本文针对中国企业知识管理的现状进行分析,并提出相应发展对策。

Along with the computers and Interact technic's prevalence and appliance,and the information technic level's en- hance,the development of KM gains corporations'recognition gradually.But by the reasons of the situation of China and centuries- old history culture,the KM of the domestic corporations locate quite slow circumstances presently.This article analyzes the status of domestic corporations'KM,and put forward relevant countermeasure.
