硬性透氧性隐形眼镜矫治混合散光的效果

Efficacy of Rigid Gas Permeable Contact Lens for the Correction of Mixed Astigmatism

目的:了解硬性透氧性隐形眼镜(RGP)矫正混合性散光的效果。方法:做眼科检查,排除隐形眼镜禁忌证,散瞳验光确诊为混合性散光患者作为观察对象。常规做角膜曲率计检查,参考电脑曲率,必要时做角膜地形图检查。首选角膜曲率的平均值作为第一次试戴。根据中心定位、移动度和荧光素图像等确定基弧,再片上验光,确定届光度数、镜片直径、材料、边缘的翘起或收紧等参数。记录24例(31只眼)框架矫正视力、RGP矫正视力,进行统计学对比观察。结果:RGP矫正混合性散光的视力明显优于框架镜。结论:RGP对混合散光的视力矫正是有效的,安全的。
