The Biological Study of the Cultured Human Lens Epithelial Cells in Vitro

The human lens epithelial cells (HLE) cultured in vitro was established in normal and cataractous lenses. The biological feature, histological characteristics and the ultrastructure of the cultured HLE cells were investigated.
