摘要
人力资源是人类用于生产产品或提供服务的体力、技能和知识的综合反映,但在国有企业中,人事部门及其管理存在一定的问题。本文就企业的发展、员工培训、企业文化等方面问题加以分析。
Human Resources is mirror of physical power, skill and knowledge during we are producing and providing service. But there are some problems in personal department and management of state enterprise. Now,I will talk about these such as development of bussiness,training of staff,enterprise culture and so on.
