摘要
超纯铟中微量碳的测定在国内外还是一项空白。本文主要研究超纯铟中微量碳的气相色谱测定,对分离柱温度、载气流速、氢化柱温度、冷阱捕集温度、解析温度、样品的燃烧温度等条件进行选择试验,确定了分析方法,最后对该方法的准确度、精密度和空白值波动作了检验。
