摘要
进行硫酸溶液净化除钴方法很多,本文描述了β-萘酚(β-NP)除钴。讨论β-萘酚沉淀分离硫酸酸锌溶液中钴的条件和优化。确定了影响β-萘酚沉钴的几个基本条件:反应时间;β-萘酚;NaNO2用量;pH值范围;反应温度。采用该工艺,既能提高分离效率,又能明显降低成本,节省能耗。
There are many methods to remove cobalt from zinc sulution.This paper only decribes the method that is used to remove cobalt by adding β-naphthol,and discusses the condition and optimization that cobalt was separated from zinc sulphate solution by precipitation using β-naphthol,then we determined the basic condition that influmence cobalt precipition:reaction time;the consumption of β-naphthol;the cconsumption of NaNO_2;the range of pH value;reaction temperature.This method not only increases seperation eff...
