摘要
某锡矿石属脉锡矿,金属矿物种类较多。经重选获得的锡重精品位较低,需进一步富集而得出合格锡精矿,试验采用反浮选闭路试验流程,以硫酸为活化剂,丁基黄药为捕收剂,获得锡精矿指标:锡重精锡品位为7.310%,反浮选锡精品位40.020%,反浮选作业回收率93.87%。
A Sn ores is vein Sn minerals,there are many kinds of the metallic minerals in it.The grade of Sn concentrate by gravity concentration is very low,and it is need to enrich to become the Sn concentrate up to standard.By using Anti-flotation circuit flowsheet,the result of the grade of Sn concentrate 40.020%,operation recovery 93.78% is obtained basing on the grade of grivity concentrate 7.310%.
