摘要
^(99)Tc^m-巯乙酰三甘氨酸(^(99)Tc^m-Mercaptoacetyltriglyeine,MAG_3)是目前^(99)Tc^m标记比较理想的肾小管分泌型显像剂。^(99)Tc^m-MAG_3注射液中可能含有未标记的高锝酸根(^(99)Tc^mO_4^-)、还原水解锝(H-R-^(99)Tc^m)等放射化学杂质,这些杂质直接影响显像的清晰程度。因此对^(99)Tc^m-MAG_3注射液的放射化学纯度(RCP)的分析是评价^(99)Tc^m-MAG_3注射液质量的重要指标之一。
A two-system paper chromatographic method has been established for the determination of RCP of ^(99)Tc^m-MAG_3 injection . R_f-values of ^(99)Tc^m-MAG_3, ^(99)Tc^mO_4^- and H-R-^(99)Tc^m= (hydrolysis reduced ^(99)Tc^m) are 0.9, 0.8,0.0 in system Ⅰ , and 0.0, 0.4, 0.0 in system Ⅱ respectively. The RCP and percentages of ^(99)Tc^mO_4^- and H-R-^(99)Tc^m of ^(99)Tc^m-MAG_3 injection have been determined with this mehtod.
