新的脑显像剂^(99m)Tc-ECD的研制——Ⅱ 配体交换动力学、稳定性和临床试验

摘要 研究了^(99m)Tc-GH与ECD之间的配体交换动力学,测定了其反应速度常数。^(99m)Tc-ECD的稳定性非常好,在6h内放化纯度只改变0.5%(35℃)和1.5%(50℃)。给出了^(99m)Tc-ECD的初步临床试验结果。 The kinetics of the ligand exchange between ^(99m)Tc-GH and ECD was evaluated.The ligand exchange reaction is a second order reaction.The rate constant of the ligand exchange reaction was determined.The stability of ^(99m)Tc-ECD is quite well.The radiochemical purity of ^(99m)Tc-ECD is greater than 98% within 6 hours at 50℃.More than 30 volunteers were injected (74-111) ×10~7Bq of ^(99m)Tc-ECD, the brain uptake was 4.7% (I.D.) at 5minutes postinjection.
