摘要
合成了显色剂6 硝基 2 苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯(NBTDAA),并在TritonX 100表面活性剂存在下,研究了其与镍的显色反应。在pH10 0~11 5的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂与镍生成1∶1深红色络合物。络合物的最大吸收峰位于λ=540nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数达1 73×105。在25mL溶液中Ni2+的质量在0~10μg范围内符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定钢铁中的微量镍,结果满意。
The 6-nitro-2-benzothiazolyldiazoaminoazobenzene (NBTDAA) as a chromogenic reagent was synthesized and its color reaction with nickel has been investigated. In the presence of the surface active agent Triton X-100 and in the Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH medium of pH 10.0~11.5, NBTDAA forms a red complex with Ni? . The apparent molar absorbtivity of the complex is 1.73×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 540 nm (λ_(max)), The molar ratio of Ni? to NBTDAA is 1:1.
