半导体γ谱仪对环境样品全能峰效率的半经验公式刻度方法 被引量:1

摘要 本文报道了用半经验公式对φ5.3×5.7cm 高纯锗γ谱仪对环境样品的全能峰效率进行刻度的方法和结果。制备了以土壤、煤、矸石为介质的不同厚度的φ7.5cm 的圆柱形^(137)Cs、Ra-系和 Th-系标准参考源,对本方法进行了验证。本方法的结果与标准参考源的参考值基本上在7.1%以内符合。 A semi-empirical formula was adopted to calibrate an HPGe γ-spectrometer for its full energy peak efficiency to environmental samples.The procedure of calibration was discribed,and the resultsWere compared with those obtained through a set of reference souces of ^(137)Cs,^(226)Ra-series and ^(232)Th-series,which were made up withmediums of soil,coal and stone-coal.It was found that the bothresults were consistent within 7.1%.
