摘要
聚醚与六次甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI),在较低的温度下预聚反应1h~2h,然后加入聚丙烯酸酯类树脂中,进行共聚反应,制得聚氨酯丙烯酸共聚物。讨论了单体组成、中和度、催化剂用量及聚氨酯含量对该共聚物性能的影响。该聚合物综合了聚氨酯和聚丙烯酸酯二者的优点,成膜后光泽度高、透明及梳理时不产生粉状物脱落,是一种性能良好的摩丝成膜物。
Polyether,HDI(Hexamethylene Diisocynate)was put into a flask to keep pre-polymeizing at lower temperature for 1 h~2 h,then the above pre-polymer with good flowability was added into another flask containing polyacrylic acid (PA) to continue copolymerizing to obtain a modified PA solution.The new polymer is also soluble in water.The effect of monomer ratio,neutralization degree,catalyst and polyurethane concentration on the polymer′s properties were discussed.It has super properties with polymer of polyacryl...
