摘要
本文研究了采用喷吹法炼制稀土硅铁合金的工艺条件,该工艺改变了过去冶炼稀土硅铁合金的方法。工业试验表明,在还原期通入惰性气体搅拌、压缩空气喷碳粉及惰性气体喷硅铁粉均达到理想效果,在稀土品位大于30%的前提下,稀土收率由68%提高到75—78%,并大幅度降低了电耗。
Technological condition of manufacturing rare-earth ferfosilicon by injecting process is studied in this paper.Industrial test showed that better results were attained by stirring with an inert gas at reduction period,injection of carbon powder with compressed air and injection of ferrosilicon powder with inert gas.Using a concentrate with rare-earth content more than 30%, the recovery of rare-earth was increased to 75-78% and power consumption was lowered considesrablely.
