摘要 产品满足用户的需求 ,是产品商品化的必需途径之一。在各种设计方法学中 ,对用户需求进行评估 ,并且给出相应的分析结果 ,在概念设计阶段起着重要的作用。根据需求与整个设计过程各阶段的关系 ,提出了三个层次的需求模型 ,用来管理需求获取和分析过程中的不同数据。在此前提下 ,讨论了建立支持创新产品的需求获取与处理软件系统RADAR的方法。 Satisfying the requirements of customers by products is one of the necessary ways of product′s commercialization. In various kinds of methodology, carrying out an evaluation on the requirements of users and giving out the corresponding results of analysis will play an important role in the stage of conceptual design.
