摘要
利用有限元法对胶版印刷过程中的压力进行分析,通过有限元软件的CAE功能进行建模,并利用其仿真功能模拟真实印刷条件,分析胶版印刷过程中压力沿滚筒周向、轴向及径向的变化规律与分布,进而得到印刷压力下网点扩大规律,为消除主观经验臆断压力,确定最佳印刷压力,获得精细印品奠定基础。
