摘要
羟基磷灰石具有稳定的结构,常用作人工骨质材料,在包装塑料薄膜表面沉积羟基磷灰石是一种新的尝试。采用交替沉积法在聚丙烯薄膜表面沉积羟基磷灰石。扫描电镜照片显示羟基磷灰石均匀地分布在薄膜表面;接触角测试结果显示,薄膜表面接触角从99.8°降低到60.3°;透氧性能测试显示,氧气渗透系数为原薄膜的一半。这些结果表明,聚丙烯包装薄膜表面沉积羟基磷灰石能有效地提高其亲水性能和阻隔性能。
The hydroxyapatite,an artificial bone material with its stable structure,was deposited on the plastic packaging film.SEM pictures showed that the hydroxyapatite was distributed uniformly on the plastic films.Contacting angle testing showed that the plastic film contacting angle decreases from 99.8°to 60.3°by hydroxyapatite deposition.Oxygen permeating coefficient is only half of the original film.These re- sults indicated that the deposition of hydroxyapatite on the surface of polypropylene film can improve...
