摘要
针对采用一种特殊结构机械手,使酸菜丝等短小丝奈状物料在连续包装过程中,实现自动充填与计量的设计方案,为了验证机械手的功能特性是否符合设计要求,开展了试验研究。在不同压力和行程工况下,采用计算机软件自动记录试验数据,通过对试验数据进行对比分析,得出机械手工作的最佳工况。试验结果表明,机械手竖直定位精度2mm,自动计量装置计量精度2g,满足控制指标要求,设计方案可行。
