将生产物流系统分析方法用于啤酒灌装生产线设施布置的优化设计;规划了啤酒灌装生产线平面布置图和物流流程图;通过对多方案物流系统总搬运工作量的对比,得到了啤酒灌装生产线物流设施布置的最优方案。

The method of system analysis of production logistics was applied in the optimum design of facilities arrangement,ichnography of facilities arrangement,and logistics flow chart planning of beer filling production line.Through the compare of the whole transit quantity of different projects,the most optimized project of facilities arrangement of beer filing product line was gained.
