母料中阻交联剂对HDPE/E-TMB共混物力学性能及熔体流动速率的影响

Influences of Anti-crosslinker in E-TMB on the Mechanical Properties and MFR of HDPE/E-TMB Blends

摘要 以HDPE为基体树脂,乙丙弹性体(M)和丁苯弹性体(N)为增韧剂,加入适量引发剂、阻交联剂等,通过化学反应研制出2种聚乙烯增韧母料E1-TMB和E2-TMB,将2种增韧母料与HDPE热机械共混制得HDPE/E1-TMB和HDPE/E2-TMB共混物。研究了阻交联剂类型及用量对共混物力学性能和熔体流动速率的影响。结果表明,当增韧体系中弹性体含量为8%,使用阻交联剂3且含量为1.7%时,HDPE/E2-TMB共混物的综合力学性能最好。 Two kinds of E toughening master batch-E1-TMB and E2TMB were synthesized with HDPE as matrix resin,ethylene-propylene elastomer(M) and butadiene-styrene elastomer(N) as toughening agents,by adding appropriate amount initiator and anti-crosslinker.HDPE/E1-TMB blends were prepared from HDPE,E1-TMB,and E2-TMB through thermal mechanical blending.The influences of the types of anti-crosslinkers and different amount of anti-crosslinker 3 on the mechanical property and MFR of HDPE/E-TMB blends were studied.The res...
