水性凹印油墨的耐磨擦性能探讨 被引量:9

摘要 耐磨擦性是水性凹印油墨的一个重要性能,对包装印刷尤为重要。制备具有良好分散性的水性凹印油墨基墨,并采用与基墨有良好相容性的树脂溶液和助剂调稀基墨,用密度衰减率评价油墨的耐磨擦性,探讨了树脂溶液和助剂对油墨耐磨擦性的影响。结果表明,调稀树脂对油墨耐磨擦性影响较大,适量的基材润湿剂、异丙醇、流平剂和水性蜡乳液能有效地提高油墨的耐磨擦性。 Rub resistance was an important performance of water-based gravure ink,particularly important to package printing.Water-based gravure primary inks which had good dispersivity were prepared.The primary inks were diluted with resin solution and auxiliary which had good compatibility with primary inks.The rub resistance of the inks was evaluated by the density decay rate.
