General Design of the Communication System for Distributed Monitoring and Control System of Packaging Production Line

对包装生产线的分布式监控诊断系统的通信系统进行了总体设计:结合串行通讯的特点及包装生产线的性能要求,本系统采用串行异步通讯方式,RS-485与RS-232转换采用弘格科技的I-7000系列的I-7520模块,其工作为半双工工作模式;同时还简要介绍了IPC与PLC、单片机之间以及PLC与单片机之间通信协议和格式等。
