基于NiosⅡ的动态称重控制器实现

Implementation of Dynamic Weighting Controller Based on NiosⅡ

介绍了一种新的称重控制器的实现方案,它以NiosⅡ软核处理器为核心,可以降低成本;并利用C2H工具将数据处理算法变成硬件加速电路,提高处理器的处理速度,使系统误差小于0.2%。最后,采用Altera公司的EP2C8芯片上实现了这种设计方案。

A new way to implement controller of dynamic weighing by adopting of Cyclone Ⅱ EP2C8 chip of Altera Corporation was introduced.It can reduce product cost by making use of NiosII soft processor.The new way features performance by fast data process and system error is less than 0.2%,it mainly depends on turning program of data process algorithm into hardware circuit through C2H tool.
