摘要
"天人合一"是中国传统哲学的基本思想与观念,中国家具深受其影响。通过对天人合一哲学思想的阐释,探讨了这一思想在中国家具的体现与表达。在天人合一思想的支配下,由此而形成了"崇尚自然"、"师法自然"、"道法自然"的天人调谐设计观,形成了"以和为美"的审美观,使得中国家具中既极重"自然"又极重"实用"。"天人合一"的设计观是中国古代家具辉煌成就的成因,对现代家具设计也有借鉴意义。
