摘要
为了解决自动测量系统中的自动聚焦问题 ,在普通光学显微镜上加装了自动载物台 ,并设计了相关的软硬件接口。在自动测量系统的开发过程中 ,提出了判定图像清晰度的八邻点平方差之和算子与变步距遍历搜索算法 ,在实际应用中达到了较好的效果。
To solve the autofucos problem in automatic measurement system, the author installed automatic carrier to common optic microscope and designed the software and hardware system. Based on the Sum of Eight Adjacent Points Square Difference Operator and Varying Step Search Arithmetic, A set of autofucos system has been designed and realized in this thesis. The practical uses show that it is a satisfying system.
